Canceling an Spa Appointments
Please give us 4 hours advance notice if you unable to make your appointment prior to the schedule time.
What to Wear
We recommend our client to wear Robe and Sleepers provided in our Spa rooms for all the Face and Body treatments, Disposable underwear is provided for certain treatments. during treatments our Therapists are trained to drape you appropriately. In addition, please do not forget to carry your flip-flop if you having pedicure.
Arrival at the Spa
We would like you to arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointments time. In addition, please understand that, to convenient the following client, your treatments will start and finish on time.
Therapist
All of our Therapists are trained to ensure your privacy and comfort at all times and to personalize your Spa journey.
Precautions
Be sure to notify your Therapist or the Spa receptionist, if you have high blood pressure or heart condition, any physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant
Valuable
We do not assume liability for any valuables.  We suggest that jewelleries / make-up be kept to a minimum or not worn in the Spa.

The Spa Carries a comprehensive range of facial products, unique Spa Packages and Spa Gift Certificates.
Spa Ambiance
To preserve Spa tranquil environment, we respectfully request to our client that you leave mobile phones switched to silence mode. Also remind that, The Body and Desire Spa is a smoke – free environment.
